The Crostino of Sicilyanu Food Excellence is made of Maiorca Wheat. The Maiorca Wheat is an Ancient Organic Sicilian Grain, white, tender and very nutritious. The croutons take up the flavor and aroma of their dough and all the good of tradition. Excellent served with pestati or patè of various kinds, or simply seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
