Wild Fennel Pesto

The wild fennel is a Mediterranean plant, a source, since ancient times, as an aromatic plant, consumption for seasoning different types of food, from pasta to meat, through typical salamis, such as Sicilian sausage. Pesto made from this plant is perfect for use on raw bruschetta, which is a dressing for hot first courses. It should be kept in the fridge once opened, to keep it fresh and not lose its organoleptic properties.
