Capers & Almonds Pesto

We combine the sweetness of almonds with the strong flavor of capers, wild products that grow among the solid rocks of Sicily. A pesto with a perfect balance between sweet and savory, excellent for seasoning pasta dishes or fish dishes, especially served with tuna. Once opened it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil before being placed in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: Capers 45%, Almonds 11%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40%, Garlic 1%, Vinegar 1%, Basi 1%, Salt 1%. Preservative-free.
